For Friday and Saturday:
It is recommended that all guests stay in downtown Mérida for the Friday events. If available, we recommend booking at Sotuta de Peón for Saturday night, as it is only 5 minutes away from the venue.
If Sotuta is no longer available, we recommend guests stay in downtown Merida Saturday night as well.

Transportation
To the Ceremony
Transportation to the ceremony will be provided for guests staying in the recommended downtown hotels (Treehouse Boutique Hotel, Fiesta Americana Mérida, ADORO Hotel Boutique, Hotel NH ).
From the Ceremony to the Reception
Following the ceremony, shuttles will transport all guests from the church to the reception venue at the hacienda.
Return Shuttles
Starting at 10:30 PM, shuttles will depart on an hourly basis from the hacienda to take guests back to their hotels, either downtown or Sotuta de Peón. Last shuttle will depart at 1:30 AM.
For Guests Staying at Sotuta de Peón (Saturday Night)
For those staying at Sotuta de Peón on Saturday night, luggage transportation will be handled upon Saturday morning checkout. Your luggage will be collected from your hotel and delivered to Sotuta de Peón, where it will be waiting for you upon your return from the wedding reception.
Please note: All luggage must be tagged and will be collected directly from your hotel reception area.
